• Your logo will be prominently displayed throughout the conference on neck lanyards worn by every attendee. Aras will provide the lanyards. Your logo on white lanyard. You may choose one color for the logo. Pantone match will be available for a fee.

PARTNER SUITE ADD-ON - $2,000 - (4 AVAILABLE)

• Option to purchase a meeting room in the main conference area for meetings (Tue-Wed)
• Access to a hospitality suite for meetings. Hospitality suites at ACE 2019 will be on the fourth floor of the hotel. You will have access to this room for ONE FULL DAY. You may choose either Tuesday or Wednesday.
• Room max is 12 people. All food and beverage, as well as set up must be approved and submitted by the ACE management
