Please register for ACE using the Register Now button found in the menu bar. Once you complete your registration you will receive an email with details of how to log back into the event site to access information or change your registration.

We require registrants to provide a business email address during the registration process.

Regular registration price for the event is $995 USD. However, you can save $200 if you register prior to December 31st during our early bird registration period. The registration fee includes access to all presentations, meal functions, receptions, and training classes.

In the final step of the registration process you will have the chance to review your selections. On that page you will see the option to add your promo code and review how it will adjust your final cost. Note that only one promo code can be used per registration. 

Yes, depending on the size of your group, discount options may be available for your company. Please contact your Aras sales associate or Beth Ewing, [email protected], to set up your group.

Yes, we will allow you to replace an attendee up until February 19. After that, replacements will no longer be allowed.

Cancelations will be processed on the following schedule:

  • 100% refund if the ticket is canceled within 48 hours of the date/time of purchase
  • 50% refund if the ticket is canceled by February 7, 2024
  • There will be no refund processed after February 7, 2024

All credit card and processing fees will be deducted from the total refund.

We are always looking for great presentations to add to our agenda. Please visit our event website and submit the form for consideration. 

No need to pre-register for anything. All sessions are open to everyone, and training classes are first come, first served.

Yes, we have rooms booked at the Worthington Renaissance hotel in Fort Worth, TX at the group rate of $237.00++ per night (USD). Click the booking link on our event website to get your room booked. Make sure to book early because the hotel will fill up quickly. 

Note that the hotel block is only guaranteed through Friday, February 9th. After that date the hotel can no longer guarantee the group rate.

We do not send out badges pre-event. Once you arrive on site at ACE, visit the registration desk to get checked in and pick up your credentials.
