Norma is the Design Service Supervisor at Genesys Aerosystems. With over 20 years in the A&D industry, Norma has a broad background enabling a comprehensive understanding of configuration management, project management, and quality management. She holds a BSM degree from the University of Pheonix and several certifications including Project Management, Lead Auditor, Configuration Management Principles and Implementation, and ANSI/EIA-649B Principles and Applications. Norma is also an active member of the following organizations; National Society of Leadership and Success Alumni, American Society of Quality, and Women in Defense.
