I have been with Ingalls Shipbuilding for 32 years with increasing responsibility up to my current role as the Manager of Engineering Configuration and Data Management. I started my career as a Jr. Draftsman in the Pipe Design group, then I was a project manager and finally 13 years ago I came to CADM. I feel like my well rounded knowledge of engineering was an asset when I was asked to be part of the PLM development team. Shipbuilding is a unique company that is very complex and doesn’t fit most molds when it comes to process and configuration of data.
