The Digital Thread is helping MIT Lincoln Laboratory improve our prototyping processes by acting as a conduit to connect design, simulation, systems engineering, and fabrication. This session will look retrospectively at some of the decision points and challenges that led us to use the Digital Thread for prototyping. We will also share examples of gaining value by expanding the digital thread and transforming several existing processes.
