Aras DevOps provides a turnkey solution that allows one to do development in Aras Innovator, with Source Control Management (Git), and Automated Building and Testing with the Aras purpose-built Continuous Integration and Build And Deploy pipelines (Azure DevOps). In this hands-on session you will learn about packaging changes in Aras Innovator, exporting them under source control, and executing the Continuous Integration and Build And Deploy pipelines in a local development environment.

You will be able to:

• Understand packaging in Aras Innovator
• Differentiate between packaged changes and instance specific changes
• Understand packaging in Aras DevOps
• Export changes for Aras DevOps control
• Understand the impact of changes in working directory vs. staged or committed changes
• Review packaging use cases

You will also learn how to use Git Bash, and Git Extensions for basic source control operations.
