How do I register for ACE 2023?

Please register for ACE using the Register Now button found in the menu bar. Once you complete your registration you will receive an email with details of how to log back into the event site to access information or change your registration.

We require registrants to provide a business email address during the registration process.


What is the fee to attend ACE 2023?

Regular registration price for the event is $895 USD. However, you can save $200 if you register prior to February 28th during our early bird registration period. The registration fee includes access to all presentations, meal functions, receptions, and training classes.


Can you provide a letter I can use with my company to justify going to ACE?

Yes, you can download a template justification letter here.


I have a promo code for registration, how do I use it?

In the final step of the registration process you will have the chance to review your selections. On that page you will see the option to add your promo code and review how it will adjust your final cost. Note that only one promo code can be used per registration. 


My company would like to send a large group of attendees this year. Are there any group discounts available?

Yes, depending on the size of your group, discount options may be available for your company. Please contact Beth Ewing, [email protected], to set up your group.


I registered, but am no longer able to attend ACE. Can someone attend in my place?

Yes, we will allow you to replace an attendee up until April 15. After that, replacements will no longer be allowed.


What is the cancelation policy for ACE?

Cancelations will be processed on the following schedule:

  • 100% refund if the ticket is canceled within 48 hours of the date/time of purchase
  • 50% refund if the ticket is canceled by April 15, 2023
  • There will be no refund processed after April 15, 2023

All credit card and processing fees will be deducted from the total refund.


I have a great story to tell and want to present. How can I do that?

We are always looking for great presentations to add to our agenda. Please visit our event website and submit the form for consideration. 


Do I need to pre-register for any specific sessions or training classes?

No need to pre-register for anything. All sessions are open to everyone, and training classes are first come, first served.


Will sessions be available after the event?

Check back here for updated information on what we will be able to share post-conference.


My company would like to sponsor ACE. Who can help?

Will there be a mobile app for the event?

Yes, check back here closer to the event for more details.


Is there a hotel room block for the event?

Yes, we have rooms booked at the Loews Sapphire hotel in Orlando at the group rate of $229.00 per night (USD). Visit the venue page of our event website to get your room booked. Make sure to book early because the hotel will fill up quickly. Rooms are subject to a 12.5% tax per night.

Note that the hotel block is only guaranteed through Monday, April 10. After that date the hotel can no longer guarantee the group rate.


When will I receive my badge?

We do not send out badges pre-event. Once you arrive on site at ACE, visit the registration desk to get checked in and pick up your credentials.

I don't live in North America, will there be virtual sessions held in my country or region's time zone?

No. ACE 2023 is a live, in-person event only.
