Over 39 years ago, Bob Deiter joined Cubic Global Defense in 1980 where he progressively advanced through the ranks from Electrical Engineer to Product Line Manager- Avionics & Special Projects. Bob moved to the Transportation business in 1995, where he made a mark doing everything from leading engineering teams to expanding the business into long term operations & maintenance of ticketing systems as well as entry into adjacent markets such as Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) for the next 21 years. Bob was then appointed as Cubic’s first Corporate Vice President- Engineering in 2016, developing the "One Cubic" strategic goals for Engineering; most recently, Bob successfully directed the implementation of Aras PLM across Cubic globally.
