Jonathan Hays is the Engineering Manager, Design Services at Rheem Manufacturing Company, a global leader in the manufacture of high-quality, sustainable, and innovative water heaters, tankless water heaters, air conditioners, furnaces, pool heaters, and HVAC systems for residential and commercial applications. During his 30 year career at Rheem, Jonathan has held several positions within the Design group. For the last 15 years he has had oversight for the administration of the CAD, PDM and PLM systems. He is a member of the core team in charge of selecting and implementing new CAD and PLM software.
