Donovan Ray Hardenbrook NPDP, PMP, MBA, MSEE

Donovan Ray Hardenbrook is Director of Global Quality Management Systems at Littelfuse Incorporated. His team is leading efforts to establish a single quality system compliant to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001. In support of this effort, Donovan is spearheading the development and implementation of the first enterprise PLM at Littelfuse.

Prior to joining Littelfuse, Donovan founded Leap Innovation Consulting in 2007. He has held various management and engineering positions at Orbital Sciences, Intel Corporation, Sandia National Labs, and Salt River Project.

Donovan is a certified Project Management Professional, Quality Management Systems Auditor, and New Product Development Professional. He is a longstanding member of IEEE and served as the Vice President of Association Management for PDMA.

Donovan earned his Executive MBA from the University of Arizona as well as master’s and bachelor’s degrees in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University.
