As a Senior IT manager at General Motors, Carlo Giugliano is responsible for the software development activities in support of General Motors’ Program and Engineering Change Management processes, Program Content Definition processes and the processes required to improve the data quality used to describe the vehicle content in terms of models and options.

Before joining the Global Product Development IT group, Giugliano was responsible for managing the delivery of the portfolio of projects in the Global Business Services (GBS) IT group. As part of the GBS IT team, Giugliano managed the implementation and rollout of multiple systems in the Finance and HR space.

Previously, Giugliano was an IT Executive Architect and Delivery Manager at IBM, accountable for managing high-profile global accounts in the automotive and distribution industries.
