Sheryl Balsley has been in the role of Director of Global Engineering Systems and Tools for just over 1 year. Her team is part of Global Product Development Operations, and is responsible, on the business side, for managing the engineering IT portfolio process, as well as the PLM, Strategic Business Systems, Knowledge Management and Systems Engineering tools and the Engineering Change Management process. Sheryl came to this role with 34 years of experience, mainly on powertrain projects, using all of these tools for the design, development, validation, calibration, and execution of production programs.
