Paweł Z. Chądzyński is an independent consultant and founder of PZC Horizon Consulting, specializing in digital engineering, PLM, and the electronics industry. He advises organizations on the strategy and
development of advanced digital engineering solutions spanning requirements management, model-based systems engineering (MBSE), simulation, variant management, sustainability, digital thread, and
interdisciplinary design methodologies.

Over the course of his career, Paweł has held senior technology and management leadership roles at
Cadence, PTC, Aras, and two software startups. Most recently, he served as Senior Director of Strategic
Research, where he focused on emerging trends and strategic opportunities in digital engineering and
PLM. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and the author of numerous articles on digital
engineering and PLM practices.

Paweł holds an MS in Technology Management and a BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from NYU Polytechnic.

Based in Massachusetts, he and his wife enjoy the New England outdoors, the Boston cultural scene,
time with their children and grandchildren, traveling, studying history, and exploring family genealogy.
