Instructions to Submit your Case Study

Thank you for considering presenting your case study at ACE 2020.  Please follow the guidelines below to gather the information you need to complete your submission.  If you have any questions please contact Kim at  
  1. What is the name of your case study?
  2. Who is the client?  Do you have their written permission to be presenting this case study? (you will be asked to upload written permission)
  3. What is the solution provided?
  4. Do you have a short abstract written?
  5. Do you have an outline or other supporting documents? (the more we know about the solution, the better your chances of being approved).
  6. Do you need to have the approval of your legal department to be presenting this solution?
  7. You will be asked to sign a release to participate, do you have the authority to provide this?
Selection Criteria:  We will be considering several factors when choosing the case studies.  In addition to the above, please keep in mind the following:
  1. Is the case study compelling?
  2. Is the case study/demo educational in nature?
  3. Are results presented?
  4. What metrics were used to evaluate?
  5. Are all partner fees paid and up to date?
Participation with the Solutions Showcase costs $5,000.  There will be no other opportunities to sponsor and/or advertise with ACE.  Once you are approved and have been accepted, you will receive: 
  • Two (2) full conference passes
  • Use of one (1) kiosk (branded on one side with approved layout)
  • Power to the kiosk
  • Highboy table
  • Two (2) bar stools
