The European Union (EU)  Digital Product Passport (DPP) is a key initiative the EU proposed as part of its broader strategy for a sustainable and circular economy. With this initiative EU aims to enhance product sustainability by improving transparency and accessibility of information across the product's lifecycle. 

In our joint presentation with QCM we will discuss challenges related to the new ESPR regulation mandating the DPP. We will elaborate how to overcome several of those challenges on an organizational level; sketch an information model and how Aras Innovator can support designing for sustainability as a means to feed the DPP.
