Eileen O'Neill is a highly skilled technical leader with almost 20 years of experience in the defense industry and over 25 years experience in Information Technology. Throughout her career, Eileen has been engaged in many successful projects for both government and commercial clients. In her current design authority role at CAE she guides and approves the evolution of the overall technical direction of CAE's Enterprise Information Environment supporting Canada's Maritime Helicopter Program.

Eileen is known for her ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and for her exceptional communication skills. A subject matter expert in configuration management and systems engineering, she has a Masters of Science in Mathematics from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. She still lives in Halifax today with her husband and 2 children.
