I joined Imperial Brands in 2013 directly after completing a Master’s degree in Chemistry, working as a graduate working in the Print Development Special Projects Team in Paris where I was responsible for Global Processes implementation and standardisation. In 2015 I assumed the role of the PLM Print Product Owner, responsible for the implementation of our Print process into the ARAS application including the migration of Print jobs from our legacy system and subsequent decommission of this system. From 2017 until 2022 I was the PLM BOM Product Owner responsible for the implementation and delivery of all Bill of Material processes for our Cigarette, Oral Tobacco, Rolling Tobacco, and Heated Tobacco portfolios within Imperial. During this time I was also responsible for the definition of the training and Organisational Change Management strategy for all impacted stakeholders within the Bill of Materials area for Imperial Brands. As of June 2022 I have taken the role of Senior Manager PLM Processes as Systems as the business owner of the Imperial Brands PLM system.
