Bill Halliden currently leads the R&D Digital Transformation and Strategy Planning teams at Toyota Motor Europe. His passion lays at the intersection of technology and business strategy, enabling organization change management via empowerment of engineering teams. Previous to this, he lead various change initiatives focusing on optimization of the vehicle development processes from concept to mass production. Bill begin his career at Toyota as a Powertrain design engineer. Prior to Toyota, he worked in various fields from engineering, software development and entrepreneurship. Bill has developed a strong cross cultural expertise whilst working in various global markets, Europe, Asia & USA. Bill has a BEng in Mechanical Engineering, MSc in Automotive Engineering and an MBA.
