Crystal Thomas is a Government Civil Servant at Naval Warfare (NAVWAR) Command in the Digital Engineering Department as the Enterprise Configuration Management (CM) Technical Warrant Holder (TWH) designated through the technical authority delegated to the Chief Engineer (CHENG) by the Commander. This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining the related policy, applicable standards, independent assessment criteria, advises and assists in mitigation of risk identified in support of program acquisition product lifecycles.

Crystal has spent the past 15 years working in enterprise CM and in this most recent assignment, transformed the independent assessment process for systems engineering technical reviews utilizing Aras Innovator. She has earned certification as a recognized CM Subject Matter Expert (SME), B.S. Management, from George Mason University and M.Sc. in Cybersecurity, from the University of Maryland, University College. In her spare time she enjoys reading, riding her bright orange ATV, and spending time with family and friends.
