His experience spans across multiple roles (Mainframe Developer, Systems Analyst, Web Developer, IT Supervisor and Manager, and Project Manager), including kicking off a startup company and seeing it mature to the point of acquisition. Wes has been with LORD for over 2 years. He lives in Erie, PA with his wife of 20 years and 2 children (ages 16 and 11).
